Reports out of Washington, yesterday, have it that President Bush has done more than hint that there needs to be a change in leadership in Iraq, in sharp contrast to his previous statement of solid support.  By doing so, the President is clearly inching his way closer to adopting the Biden-Gelb plan for Iraq.

So, let's make that one more world leader who thinks that Joe Biden's ideas make good sense.
