Forget conventional wisdom and media experts. <p><br>In 1948, fifty political columnists and pundits were surveyed and not one thought Harry Truman could beat Thomas Dewey. Not one. When Truman saw the survey, he said "I know every one of these 50 fellows. There isn't one of them has enough sense to pound sand in a rat hole".  But the voters knew and they had sense. They still do. </p><p><br>Voters know who is a fighter, who has a plan, and who will look out for the working man. In 1948, fifty political columnists and pundits were surveyed and not one thought Harry Truman could beat Thomas Dewey. Not one. When Truman saw the survey, he said “I know every one of these 50 fellows. There isn't one of them has enough sense to pound sand in a rat hole”.  But the voters knew and they had sense. They still do.

Voters know who is a fighter, who has a plan, and who will look out for the working man. That man is John Edwards.
