Disappointing. If he had spoken out at any time in the past 20 years, it might have strengthened the moderates within the Iowa GOP.<p><br>A lot of GOP voters barely remember his tenure as governor anyway.</p> I respect Bob Ray, but he has sat by and watched the Republican Party reject a lot of his values (environment, tolerance toward immigrants), with nary a peep.
