When deported, instead of taking their children with them, they claim that the family is broken up because their children are citizens. They are allowed to take their anchor babies with them. Most other countries consider the offspring of a person to be the nationality of their parents.

The illegal aliens had no issues with leaving their family members when they violated our immigration laws and came here illegally. This act separated them from their families.

I would say John Deeth is more of a no nothing then Tancredo. Apparently, he has no idea the cost of illegal aliens to this country. As noted by Steve King, the cost is more then a trillion dollars to subsidize. More are killed by illegals then are killed in the war.

In some cities the tax payer pays $2200 of his tax dollars to subsidize illegals. According to a California congressman, 41% are on welfare, and the average cost per illegal alien is over $3800 more a year then what they pay in taxes. Amnesty has been tried and failed. They do not have to break another law to be deported because they already broke the law by coming illegally. In LA, 90% of all warrants are for illegals, and the most wanted, all illegals. Too bad John Deeth does not have a grasp on what illegal immigration has done to the rest of the country where the flag raised in some neighborhoods is the Mexican flag. In the recent fires in California, the only looting done was by illegal aliens,who were suspected of stealing cots, blankets and dry goods, and selling them, said San Diego police Capt. Bob Kanaski. Police officers questioned 15 people who were suspected of filling up two trucks and a sedan with stolen property and brought in the Border Patrol after surmising that some were illegal immigrants. Among several other fires in San Diego County history, was started by illegal alien encampments (according to County Supervisor Dianne Jacob), we feel it is our duty to keep San Diego neighborhoods safe from this fire hazard. Two suspects being held for the arson, Gorgonio Nava and Catalino Pineda, both with criminal records and still here.

Apparently John Deeth thinks that only those convicted of violent offenses should be deported and that other offenses should be tolerated, theft, identity theft, vandalism, breaking and entering. I disagree. Mr Deeth, in San Fransicko, and illegal alien who worked in a restaurant defecated in the spaghetti sauce and served it. This is was not violent of course. People only got very sick. Mr Deeth, learn more about what is happening throughout the country before you cry over deportation.
