Drug rehabs still have a lot of people to take care of. When drug rehabs will go out of business, well, then I will know that the police is really doing something in order to catch the big drug dealers. Until then, I can say only this: I wish they had the death penalty for drug dealing.

I hope these locks are enough although I still have a trace of skepticism about it. Meth producers are highly motivated to reach those tanks and I don't think a lock will stop them. Nevertheless this solution will improve the situation.
