It includes utilities and cable TV, as well as someone who cleans the general area. The $100 a week deal is a different one, which all the people who are on are happy with, and are free to leave at any time to take advantage of any other rental options in town. The rental arrangement in town, from all the renters I have spoken with who have individual rental arrangements, is somewhere around 250 and does not vary in one house between individuals. It includes utilities and cable TV, as well as someone who cleans the general area.

The $100 a week deal is a different one, which all the people who are on are happy with, and are free to leave at any time to take advantage of any other rental options in town.
