The study sounds good when it says legalizing illegal immigrants would contirbute 1.5 trillion dollars in a 10 year span. However staggering this figure sounds, the WHOLE truth needs to be told. The GDP in 2008 was approx 14 trillion 204 billion dollars. Over a 10 year span this equates to approx 142 trillion dollars. Since it's estimated there are 12 million illegal immirants and 300 million people in the U.S., then Illegal immigrants are approx 3 to 3.5 % of the population. 1.5 trillion dollars is approx 1 % of 142 trillion over a 10 year period. So, we'll have 3 to 3.5 % of the population contributing to 1% of the GDP(not so profitable in itself). Add in costs of social services, education, law enforcement, welfare etc. it's a LOSING proposition. Period. Illegal is illegal. Politicians should be concerned about American citizens, not foreign citizens! Too many foreigners are having an impact on domestic policy. Mexico aids it's citizens to “invade” America. The money coming from Latinos in the U.S.to Mexcio is Mexcio's 2nd biggest source of income. Not racial, just fact!

It's an illusion that (m)any of the 15 million unemployed would get those 8 million jobs, not, if theree's a minimum wage. That's pure populist propaganda. And I doubt the 8 milion while the 15 could well be higher and are set to rise in the near future.

In Pennsylvania we have 15.4% or 424,000 of our own legal children in poverty. Our governor Fast Eddy Rendell’s little city of Philadelphia gave free child birth delivery to a minimum of 1,800 undocumented women in the twelve short months of 2008. Low est. of illegal’s Statewide are 3.8 million. Over 60 percent of all are high school drop outs. The amount of children who will eligible for (SCHIP) States Children Health Insurance Program is staggering. Minus the undocumented in Pa. there are 1,211,000 legal Pa. citizens without health insurance. In Pa. over half our Catholic Churches and schools have closed for good, and the only ones thriving are the clans of illegal aliens packed into rental properties all throughout the State (which is also very broke & corrupt). If you are an American tax payer, thanks to Liberals needing votes, it is not politically correct to use tax payers’ money to the advantage of the actual tax payer. Our taxes are used to support this poor minority of high school drop out illegal. And the devil bedamned the life long law abiding homeowners living next door to the illegals destroying our property value and neighborhoods. People that start companies like microsoft, dell computer, intel, IBM, Ford
for some examples are the ones who create jobs and increase the countries
wealth. An unskilled person produces thousands of dollars of benefit to
the economy while somebody like Gates contributes millions of dollars
of benefit. A countries wealth does not come from having a large population
to feed and house. It comes from people that create technology and profitable
businesses.

King is a hypocrite. There are more illegal aliens per capita in his district than anywhere else in the state! Most of them work at packing plants, CAFOs, etc. King overlooks in because he does not want to piss off Big AG and the meat industry. King is an uneducated farce.

What is the argument here? every single alien “BROKE THE LAW!” Our Government, past & present, Republican & Democrat, have allowed the invasion of 20 to 30 million criminals and uneducated peons which is the largest invasion of any Nation, at any time, by any means & in direct violation of Article IV, Section IV of our Constitution.

This refusal to abide by our Constitution or enforce our Immigration Laws should be classified as Treason of the most foul kind, & as grounds for impeachment & trials for Treason!

Not only have they allowed the invasion, they force American tax payers to pay Billions on Billions of dollars to provide Welfare, Prison cells, Educate the invaders numerous children, and free medical care, at the same time the invading horde break numerous laws and massive document fraud, & are destroying our schools, hospitals, communities, culture and standard of living while Robbing, Raping, Killing & Assaulting American Citizens WAKE UP PEOPLE!

Illegal aliens are destroying this Country, and one would have to be almost blind not to see this. How much longer do we have to support these illegal aliens? How much longer do we have to school their illegal alien children? How much longer are we going to let them have our jobs? How much longer are we going to put up with all the crime, stolen identities, forged documents, fake green cards? In short, the security of our southwest border has been transformed.” As proof of this incredulous optimistic pledge, DHS Secretary advised to a decline in the number of illegal aliens apprehended along the border, adding, Apprehensions of illegal aliens at the border have dropped to their lowest levels in decades, signaling reduced traffic flows and fewer attempts to illegally enter the United States.” ROSEMARY JENKS is the Director, Government Relations for NumbersUSA, who visited with Border Patrol Agents in the Tucson Sector in mid-October of 2009 and asked if they believe the official DHS statement that three illegal aliens successfully enter the United States for every one who is apprehended, they laughed. The reality, they said, is that 10 or more get through for every one who is caught. That was two months before Napolitano shared her revelation with the Senate Judiciary Committee.
