I don't know what kind of action they can take in order to "take care of a lot of people", like college students, ethnic minorities and older adults. If they decide they want to gamble, and have a predisposition for this, there isn't much they can do. It's not like they're gonna lock them inside their homes, because they would then surf on Internet and find online games with no deposit casinos bonuses.

I think a healthy casino inspires a more positive environment, it might even bring more people into casinos, I used to avoid casinos after I got tired of the smoking in many of them and became addicted to Online gambling, it's brilliant to make money and have fun from the comfort of your own home, I can even play it on my new internet tv!

I personally dont think this new law will pose much negative energy on the casino. But, it will keep the casino security on their toes.
