People have to realize these children are not given the opportunity to refuse to be adopted by these people. Polygamy is far less crazy than homosexuals, BDSM, and transgendered people adopting children.<br><br>We've slipped so far down the slope, yet somehow people stay "united" against more rational things like polygamy. Just a few generations ago, people married 13 year olds, a few centuries ago had polygamy, etc.<br><br>Now I can no longer provide an argument against polygamy or marrying teenagers, things NO major religion (Christianity, Judaism, Islam, Buddhism, etc. allow it) has ever spoken against... when society is going to allow things ALL major religions, Christianity, Judaism, Islam, even Buddhism, have spoken out against (like homosexuality, BDSM, etc.) .
