Did the community folks received the help they needed to become self-sustaining, or did they leave the organization more frustrated due to non productive results. I would love to see an accountability board of community folks that survey the people that received services from organizations. It is one thing to have the numbers of person served as a mark of success, it is quite a different story when all of the people served are polled to voice their experiences. Let the voice of the people speak for themselves.
