I'd call it gaming addiction. It's true that some people only have a social life in a virtual environment but I don't think that any <a href="http://www.treatment-centers.net/" rel=follow rel="nofollow">drug treatments</a> will cure that. I'm sure that after a few sessions with a psychologist they will be able to realize what they are missing out in life. I think that the title of “internet addiction” is a bit far fetched.
