I would say that this is a candidate for a lawsuit. The mortgage lender company giving more subprime or higher rates of payment of loans to people of African-American and Latino descent is unjust, based on the practice of customer service alone. If we give them the benefit of the doubt that the company has no political bearing, it is still a disservice to the people.

However, suing the company, which is the nation's largest lender and employer in Central Iowa, is like demolishing the Great Wall of China. One needs an uncompromising power attorney, like the estate lawyer Ottawa we have in Canada, to make the company accountable for its bias in offering mortgage loan plans.

Wells Fargo talks about lending laws. Well let me tell you something as a former employee of Wells Fargo. I believe Wells Fargo uses there “lending laws”as a crutch or a escape. I worked for Financial and hated what we did to people's credit.They take applications knowing that there is nothing you can offer the customer. The Customer can tell you that they have bad credit,just filed bankrupcy and lost there house. The company traines there employeed to smile and say “You may not have the best credit but we still may have a oppertunity for you.We lend to people that have not so perfect credit” What's funny about that is the fact that the whole time I was with the company I think on the COD product I had pre approved 5 if that COD in a two year period.Not only that but this is also a company that I see perform horrable customer service and is even worse at communicating together as a company.Knowbody ever seems to know what is going on or is ever on the same page. I dont belive that this is a company that looks out for the best interest of the customer. I would not be suprise if this is a company that fails in the near future. What comes around go's around so be careful Wells Fargo or you might just become someone's bitch!
