sounds like someone's internal polling shows Edwards rising.

I seem to remember that Obama talked a good game about not funding the war before he was elected to the Senate. Then after getting elected, Obama voted for every Iraq War supplemental funding bill except the last one--and even then, he did not lead the way, but waited until almost everyone else had voted before casting his "no" vote.

Edwards is right Obama only recently decided that PAC/ lobbyist money was bad. He even has Washington lobbyists that are still on the payroll helping to run his campaign.

He also has own 527s, such as Vote Hope in California. But he won't ask them to stop like Edwards has.

This seems like a bit of last-minute desperation to stop Edwards momentum in Iowa. With two weeks left to the caucuses, Obama should be talking about Obama, not John Edwards.
