Thank you McKinney Thanks to Cynthia McKinney. By having her represent the Green Party, we can be assured that the highly educated and politicaly astute Green voters will avoid wasting their vote this time around on an anti-Semitic and racist woman who also happens to be a nutcase (and her father is even more nutty and anti-Semitic than her) and vote for the Democratic nominee — whomever SHE may be. And thank you Cythia for leaving my state of Georgia. It was sideshow freaks like her that caused many Democrats to vote Republican and turn a traditionally blue state red.

way to go Thanks for writing about McKinney. She hasn't been in the race for long, so it's nice to see her getting some attention. If the major parties fail to nominate their most capable candidates (as they often do), I will be voting for Cynthia in 2008.

In an example of just how small Caucus World is, who should be sitting in the back corner at the Ronald Reagan table but David Bonior, John Edwards' campaign manager. Edwards was Democratic whip during most of McKinney's time in Congress, and the two old colleagues spent a few minutes catching up.

I think you mean "Bonior was Democratic whip..."
