Comments on: University of Iowa helped derail coal ash regulations

city of belle plaine is building a school within 13 ft. of my garden. Today they are dumping flyash in with the fill for the base of this school. Question? The rain runoff goes directly to my and 6 other households back yard which most have gardens. Is there any health problems with this situation?
