		<description>&lt;strong&gt;well, in my precinct&lt;/strong&gt; the presidential part of things was over by 7:30 pm on caucus night 2004, so many people were able to go home after an hour.&lt;p&gt;&lt;br&gt;We didn&#039;t have very many people supporting non-viable candidates, so there wasn&#039;t as much wheeling and dealing for second choices.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;br&gt;In some precincts with smaller turnout, I think it&#039;s very realistic that people could arrive at 6:30 and leave by 7:30.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
