Assuming arguendo that Pelosi actually knew waterboarding was taking place as a member of Congress what was her duty? To break the law by outing a secret or pass legislation to prevent further acts. Neither in fact. So what law did she break ass wipe KIng? None In fact he wants to punish her for knowledge while he lets the entire Executive Branch off the hook for implementation. No wonder the Republicans are considered to be such assholes. As to her accusations about the CIA, of course they lied to the entire country under the Bush Administration.
