I get so sick of labels and the ugliness that comes from who is who and what. If she is a Pagan then I say AWESOME. I think people need to practice more religious tolerance. It doesn't matter WHAT you are, as long as you mind your own business, don't harm people purposely and take responsibility for your actions. Christians need to start worrying about their own. If Pagans are damned and will be punished by their God then have faith in that God and quit contradicting him or yourself.

Deace only cares about Oprah's religion because it makes him feel superior. He's not a Christian, but it makes him feel as if he is by belittling others. Kinda like bullies on the playground – they rarely are tough, they get their “toughness” by the way they treat others.

There appears to be a mistake in this story – it says that Deace is the host of a “drive-time Christian radio program.” Steve Deace's program is far from Christian, and he doesn't teach the Christian values I was raised on.

That's the point of problem with this guy Deace, focussing on the past deeds of Christ and not remembering that He (Jesus)said God is within you. That is what Eckhart Tolle,Dr.Wayne Dyer, etc are all trying to say. In order to be with God or God-like you must find that Godspace within you. Doesn't matter the method or path you travel to get there. God is in all forms and faith is as varied as there are people on this planet. God wanted it that way. Focussing on the past deeds of a holy deity only holds people back from their achievements and doesn't show them what God wants for them to have. You can only do that by going within. Meditation is not evil or wrong it's just another form of prayer.
