With 56 Dems in the House it is ridiculous that Dems in safe seats are not team players. I don't mind giving people like Bailey and Marek cover on this. Punishing Bailey, if that's what happened, is stupid. They should punish the Democrats who do not represent marginal districts who are unwilling to back prevailing wage (Quirk, Kelley, Huser).
