		<description>15% - 20% of the people who use our roads are residents of other states, and they have to help fund our roads under a fuel tax. Plus, an increase in the fuel tax means that we&#039;re not putting more debt on the state government&#039;s books (like bonding would do). Makes sense to me!</description>
